Video Consultations
One of our qualified and experienced Vets will be able to provide non-urgent medical advice, address all your concerns and questions regarding your pet’s general health and provide ongoing support of chronic and other conditions, prioritising everyone's safety.
Simply book an appointment either via phone (07469877179) or email (info@ctvets.co.uk) for a time that best suits your needs and you are all set.
You don't need to buy or download anything: all our Video Consults are done via Skype, FaceTime or Whatsapp so any device with a camera and a microphone (laptop, smartphone, tablet, ...).
You will be initially allocated a 20 minutes time slot. However, if we are unable to deliver the advice you need within that time, we can extend the appointment as necessary.
Yes. CTvets is a registered practice, so all our qualified Vets are able to prescribe medication, if needed.
This will be shipped to you through First Class Tracked Delivery (if you are in mainland UK) and you will recieve it the next working day.
If you are based in London you will be able to book a further appointment with us and one of our Vets will visit you.
Otherwise, we will be able to refer you to a practice near you.
Once you contact us, our Vets and Receptionist will let you know what is more appropriate for your pet's condition.
A 20 mintue Video Consult is going to cost you £23.24 + VAT.
You can pay over the phone via Credit or Debit card or through PayPal.
